Jumping Castles & pop corn hire t&cs:
1. Refundable deposit will be paid back into your bank account once inspection is completed.
2. Delivery for weekdays are 7am and collection 5pm. Weekends delivery Saturday 9am and collection from 4 till 6pm. Unless other times are arranged in advance. No weekend rate available. Overnight fee R250 must be arranged before we arrive for collection
3. All equipment should be returned in the same condition as received.
4. No food , drinks or shoes on the castle. Should castle be sticky a R100 cleaning fee will be charged. If the castle is returned full of mud and/or stones it is for Pumped up Parties to determine the fee to be charged for cleaning and/or repair.
Pumped Up Parties Indemnity:
I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for my use of the jumping castle provided by Pumped up Parties:
I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the use of the jumping castle, including but not limited to injuries from falls, collisions, and improper use of equipment. I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the activities involving the jumping castle and that I do not have any medical conditions that would prohibit my safe participation.
I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the staff of Pumped up Parties and to use the jumping castle in a responsible manner. I understand that Pumped up Parties is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of my use of the jumping castle. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pumped up Parties, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to my use of the jumping castle. I agree that this indemnity shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I have read this indemnity form and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
Trailer hire t&cs
Definitions
“The Company” refers to Pumped Up Trailer hire
“Customer” refers to the individual or organization renting the trailer
“Trailer” refers to the equipment rented by the Customer
Deposit
- A refundable deposit is required to secure the rental
- The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the trailer upon return
- If damages are found, the Customer will be notified and costs will be deducted from the deposit
Liability for Damages
- The Customer is liable for any damages to the trailer
- Damage costs:
- Lost disk: R350
- Lost Jack pipe: R400
- Rim/Tyre damage: Full deposit
- Frame damage: Full deposit
-Jockey damage: R600
- Accident: Full deposit
- Other damages: Assessed and charged accordingly
Payment
- Payment is due upon collection of the trailer
- Accepted payment methods: Cash or EFT. NO PROOF OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED.
Cancellation Policy
Just be respectful of the companies time.
Indemnity
- The Customer indemnifies The Company against any claims, damages, or losses arising from trailer use
Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South-Africa.
